We are delighted to announce that Stephen Winningham has been appointed as non-executive Chair of Silverpeak.
Stephen has an extensive career spanning several decades in the investment banking industry, leading teams and organisations through transformational growth, most recently as Chair of Investment Banking at Panmure Gordon.
Stephen holds multiple board positions including Chair of the Board of IP Integration, a London-based software company, and Independent Director and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees of Cascadia Capital, an M & A firm in the US.
Prior to this, Stephen held many senior positions within investment banking including Co-head of Corporate Finance EMEA at Houlihan Lokey and Managing Director & Group Head of Major Corporates at Lloyds Banking Group.
He is passionate about charity work and co-founded and chairs City Harvest London, a charity working to reduce food insecurity and protect the planet by diverting nutritious, in-date surplus food from landfill and redistributing it to those facing food poverty. He is also a Trustee of Paddington Development Trust.
