Silverpeak and Mishcon de Reya held a seminar on ‘Best practice when exiting a tech company,’ on Wednesday 1st November 2023 at Mishcon de Reya’s London office.
We were joined in person, for practical guidelines and best practice on how to sell your company in the current environment and how to incentivise your employees. We heard the compelling views and experiences of both a CEO and an investor. Following the presentations, there were networking drinks.
