Christopher leads high-impact transactions for growth-stage technology companies, drawing on both advisory and in-house M&A experience.
Christopher advises software and technology companies on sell-side M&A, growth investments and strategic exits, overseeing transactions from initial engagement through to completion. He draws on more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and in-house M&A execution, combining advisory skills with an understanding of how acquirers and investors assess opportunities. Recent transactions include advising Rotageek on its strategic sale to ELMO Software, securing a majority investment for ScreenCloud from Tenzing, and advising CyberOwl on its sale to DNV, a global leader in assurance and risk management for the maritime sector.
Before joining Silverpeak, Christopher worked in Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance team and gained direct corporate M&A experience at SPIE, a leading European multi-technical services group focused on energy and communications.
He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and has passed CFA Level I.
Outside of work, Christopher can often be found sharpening his reflexes in the boxing ring or out on the golf course.
