Rodd Langenhagen joined Silverpeak in 2024 as a Senior Advisor for North America.
Rodd has over 25 years of experience working with founders, management teams, boards and investors of software companies across the globe, helping them to prepare for, and execute, value maximising strategies for shareholders.
The bulk of Rodd’s career has been with technology-specialist and premier boutique firms, many of which have had successful exit events themselves. Rodd most recently was co-head of Software at Pacific Crest Securities and Global Head of Software at Greenhill & Co, in each case working on a range of cross-border and public-public transactions. He started his career at Broadview International in Silicon Valley.
Rodd holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, magna cum laude, with a minor in architecture from Princeton University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
After many years coaching and cheering his two boys through school and sports teams, Rodd is finding other ways to stay active in his community and is enjoying more time for everything outdoors and on the water or snow with his wife and their Finnish Lapphund.
