John O’Connell, founder and co-host of the Awards, was especially delighted to mark the retirement of Richard Holway, MBE, doyen of IT analysts for 40+ years, plus a successful entrepreneur in his own right, by presenting him with the unique ‘Wise Old Owl’ award.
The Enterprise Awards Dinner was also co-hosted by Tola Sargeant, Chief Executive of TechMarketView, the UK’s leading tech analyst firm, which Richard Holway co-founded.
The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists ‘WCIT’ Charitable Fund is the beneficiary of the profits from the event.
